Parents were desperate. So, one evening, all the grown-ups held a secret meeting, in a place where children could not hear them. We must do something! It would take a fairy godmother to educate those pests – said one. Fairy godmother what? We need a witch – said another. No, more! We need Bluebeard himself! – said another one.
